Setting Your Security Questions and Answers

If you are logging in to online banking for the first time or if you have not set your security questions and answers, you will be prompted to do so.

You must choose three questions to answer - you cannot answer the same question more than once. Try to choose questions with answers you can easily remember but are not widely known by others.

For each set:

  1. Select a question from the drop down menu.
  2. Type in the answer. Answers are not case sensitive.
  3. Type in the answer again. It must match the new answer you just entered.

Click Submit to set your security questions and answers.

Your security questions and answers are an important part of your online banking security.


Your security questions and answers will be used in online and mobile banking only. We will not use them to confirm your identity over the phone or through any other banking channel.
