Recovering a Forgotten User ID

If you forget your User ID, you can recover it through online banking.

You cannot recover your User ID online if:

You will be asked to provide some personal information and answer security questions. Once you verify your identity you can recover your User ID.

On the screen where you enter your User ID, click Forgot User ID?

Click Cancel to discard your request.

Select the type of User ID you wish to recover, Personal or Business.

Personal members

  1. Enter your Member Card® number or your member number.
  2. Enter your birth date. Click Submit to continue.
  3. Enter your Password. Click Submit to continue.
  4. Answer a security question (answers are not case sensitive).Click Submit to continue.
  5. Your User ID will appear on the screen.
  6. Click Return to Log In to continue with online banking.

Business members

  1. Enter your first name.
  2. Enter your last name.
  3. Enter your member number.
  4. Enter your birth date.
  5. Enter your email address. Click Submit to continue.
  6. Enter your Password. Click Submit to continue.
  7. Answer a security question (answers are not case sensitive). Click Submit to continue
  8. Your User ID will appear on the screen.
  9. Click Return to Log In to continue with online banking.

You can also contact Servus at 1-87-SERVUS-CU (1-877-378-8728) to reset your User ID.
