Changing Your User ID

You are encouraged to set your User ID to something you can remember.

From Security Settings select Manage User ID.

  1. Enter your current User ID.
  2. Enter your new User ID.
  3. Enter your new User ID again. It must match the new User ID you just entered.

Click Submit to change your User ID.

Click Cancel to discard your request and keep your current User ID.

You will receive a confirmation that your User ID was changed.

Rules for new User ID

If you use only numbers for your User ID, there are some exceptions:

Your online banking User ID and Password, like your debit or credit card PIN, are keys to your financial information. Do not share them with anyone.
