Setting up the Recover User ID Feature

Note: Only business users need to set up the Recover User ID feature; it is automatically enabled for personal users.

In order to enable the Recover User ID feature for a business user, Servus requires you to provide some personal information during your initial login to online banking. The information you provide will be used to verify your identity in the event you need to securely recover your User ID.

First name Your first name. This is a required field.
Last name Your last name. This is a required field.
Birthdate (DDMMYYYY) Your date of birth. This is not a required field, but without a birthdate Servus cannot enable automated User ID recovery.
Email Address Your email address.

After you enter the information click Submit.
